Site Plans

Site plans are designed to accommodate the training needs of an entire agency or organization. Each authorized Dispatcher receives access to training titles specific to the site plan selected.

• Full Site Subscription: Each authorized Dispatcher receives access to the online emergency dispatch Basic, Refresher, and Telecommunications Center Supervisor titles. Full site subscriptions are based on a per person charge for each authorized Dispatchers with an agency or organization.

• Basic Site Subscription: Each authorized Dispatcher receives access to the online emergency dispatch Basic training. The Basic site subscription is based upon the size of the Dispatch agency.  Three tiers are available to correspond to the total number of authorized Dispatchers (including any vacancies) within an agency or organization.

As an IACET Accredited Provider, Smart Horizons offers CEUs for its programs that qualify under the ANSI/IACET Standard.
